convenient stay near winter gardens

ideal location comfy room excellent shower helpful owners

I found the location ideal. The winter gardens were a short walk away. the room was quite comfy, it had an excellent shower too. the owners were very helpful, they were also courteous. i would not hesitate to book again next time.

The walls seemed thin sometimes. Noise traveled through. a quiet time was set between 10pm and 8am, most people respected it. some neighbours unfortunately did not. It meant i didn't sleep until 2am one night.

The receptionist provided helpful assistance. the staff was also readily available. they ensured any requests were promptly addressed and fulfilled . I found this convenient.

My room was super clean upon my arrival, a good start to the stay. plenty of space was available for luggage. It helped me settle. the bathroom also had fresh towels, so i was prepared.

The tv came with streaming services. this addition allowed me to relax at night. it added convenience after long days. I could easily unwind and enjoy entertainment.

The staff was kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist. the location allowed easy access to attractions, it meant i could walk everywhere. the bed in my room was very comfortable, it ensured a good night's rest. the room was also quiet, which i appreciated.

the location is central. the staff ensured i felt welcome and safe throughout my visit. it was important.

surprisingly pleasant stay

friendly host fantastic location comfortable bed

the host was very friendly and helpful the location is fantastic convenience stores were on my doorstep and it was about a 5 minute walk to the sea front. it is ideal for winter gardens as well i had the basement room so it was very quiet. the bed was super clean and cozy

the room only had 2 bath towels between the 3 of us and there was no hand towel in the bathroom there was also no bath mat , made the floor very slippery around the shower.

Wonderful Family Stay

clean hotel good-sized room helpful host short break

My family and I stayed for a short break. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was a good size with everything we needed for our stay. I could ask the host any questions I had.

I noticed one of the blinds in the room did not block light fully, so the room wasn't completely dark at night.

mixed feelings

scuff marks constant noise

the location is pretty central. (i guess that's something.)

The walls needed a serious refresh. They were covered in scuff marks. the plug socket had brown tape around it, which seemed odd. after 10:30 pm, there was constant noise, people running around, shouting, and banging from next door.
